Leyla Fellows

Leyla has been teaching a variety of yoga styles since 2001. Through her extensive training in India, Australia and London, Leyla has developed a repertoire of skills enabling her to offer yoga for relaxation, personal development or to target specific conditions such as back pain.
Together with yoga, her personalised programs can also include meditation which can help alleviate the effects of stress and anxiety and nurture well being. She has also used yoga to help pregnant women cultivate peace and ease on their journey to motherhood.
She has managed the private yoga business of Europe’s largest yoga centre, Triyoga in London and is highly skilled in tailoring programs to help individuals attain their goals.
Physical well being, emotional clarity and the faith in our potential are gifts available from a variety of spiritual pursuits. Leyla hopes that from her study and practice of these paths, she can make such gifts available to her students through the tradition of yoga.
